Kogoro receives a case from a man looking to have his younger twin brother's behavior investigated. But that brother falls to his death from a hotel roof after assaulting a woman. What's surprising is that the client is found dead at his home at the same time. Ran remembers the psychologist Yungu who calls it the psychic phenomenon between twins as "synchronicity".
